[ As Chorlton Mosaic Sour ].Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity tart, sour, earth - cellar - damp stain - fusty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, fruity sour, apricot - citrus sour - tart, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Keg at MK BG, 13/09/17. Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent light cream cap. Nose is light fart, wood must, funk, decaying fruit esters, hint of red berry, off vanilla custard tang. Taste comprises sharp fruit balsams, green berry snap, bitter lemon, apple core, hay bale, barnyard, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a well balanced acidic carry through. Solid.

Keg at MK BG, 13/09/17. Hazed copper to orange with a decent off white head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is pissy citric rinds, burnt orange, hop blast, funk, barnyard. Taste comprises fruit balsams, sharp acidic pinch, barnyard, funk, bitter citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, mellow throat scrape. Solid tangy in yer face sour with a balanced hop finale.

Keg at MK BG, 13/09/17. Light haze on a golden orange pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy citric shreds, on the turn melon, barnyard, damp alleyway. Taste comprises tangy peach, damp hay bale, grains, funk, sweet and sour licks, bitter orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow hop climax. Decent enough hoppy sour.

Tap. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is maracuja, yoghurt, wheat. Taste is maracuja, yoghurt, milky yeast character. Fizzy carbonation, silky mouthfeel, quite a nice body as well. Fun!
