Bottle shared. Bit hazy golden with small white head. Honey, banana, light earthy, light dough, apple, plastic, light herbal. Medium sweet and herbal bitter. Original review text: Bottle at Rootz festival. Clear orange/tan with small bubbly head. Light bready with lots of stone fruits, lemon and some apple. Then some light caramel sweetness and a light nutty touch. Nice creamy feel. Pretty nice.

Tap at Rootz winterbier. Hazy amber with off white head. Sweet malts, caramel, leathery, old leafs. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, soft and slick. Soft carbonation.

Tap at Rootz festival. Bit hazy amber with bubbly beige head. Light spices, bready, soft caramel, cloves, light spicy yeast I think, banana and peach. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit bready feel. OK.

Sampled from bottle at NSBF Den Bosch. Unclear orange color, medium sized white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is nicely hoppy, floral and blossomy with light fruity notes. Taste lightly malts, lightly fruity again but mainly floral / blossomy hops with a light bitterness. Thin texture, decent body, average carbonation.

Tap at Rootz Festival. Bit hazy dark amber to light brown with big beige head. Cloves, caramel, sweet banana pastry, bready, toffee, soft herbs, nice sweet cakes with banana on them. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Almost full bodied with creamy feel. Nice stuff.
