Can at home, 24th January 16. Pours a black beer, white head, looks fine. Aroma is grapefruit dusted with cocoa, dark chocolate, grass, floral. Taste is bitter chocolate integrated seamlessly into citrus and pine, with a long bitter sweet linger. Very good CDA

Can at home, 23rd January 16. Pours clean and amber. Aroma is pine, citrus, hops, aromatic and full. Taste is clean, pine needles, citrus, grapefruit, resin. Really great IPA, these guys are some to watch

Keg at ushers... Dark brown black... Thick tan head... Soft dry pine.. Soft chocolate roast malts nose... Soft zezty pine soft roast.. Dark chocolate roast.. Dark malts.. Nice

On keg at Ushers. Appearance - opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - pink grapefruit and chocolate. Taste - a well melded citrus and chocolate combo. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - very well brewed. Style nailed.

Cask @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Golden with a small creamy head. Dry hopped, dry tasting ale with a light fruitiness.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London, 24 Nov 2015) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, tropical fruit and sweet malt. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, dried fruit, tropical fruit (pineapple, mango), hints of resin, sweet malt and a generous citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with a generous hop presence. Nice one.

Cask @ Victorian Craft Beer Café, Halifax. Very hoppy with a high tropical fruity aroma and taste. There’s citrus here, which is not too sour, but has a bitterness. Golden with a small head.

Cask @ Victorian Craft Beer Café, Halifax. Apparently Vocation had a lot of left over Simcoe hops from Chop & Change so decided to brew this special version of one of their regulars. Golden-amber with a small creamy head. Has a smooth tasting tropical fruit hop aroma and taste. Has lots of flavour with a low citric character.

Keg at Tapped Leeds, Leeds, Yorkshire. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a thin beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes roasty, malty, chocolate, slight sweetness. Really moreish, another good one from Vocation.

Can consumed at Tall Boys Beer Market, Leeds, Yorkshire. A black coloured pour with a healthy beige head on top. Roasty, malty, citrus aroma, Tastes roasty, malty, hoppy, citrus fruit. A lovely black IPA from this excellent brewery.
