Short pour at Kraftwork. Light Amber with soft, soapy head. Hoppy aroma, dry, leafy. Taste brings more astringency, hand soap. Some Medicinal cough drop, but not in a bad way. Piney, herbal.

Draft @ BCTC, Ommegang Brewery. August, 8, 2015. Aroma is weak, struggling to find citrus and generic grain.
Floral and weak citrus hops in a very light watered down body. Yes, another watered down weak session IPA. I have recently had nice “session” IPA but this goes back to the really watered down examples I had when this style started to be a trend. No flaws or offensive off notes, just not much of anything here.

Draft @ BCTC, Ommegang Brewery. August, 8, 2015. Aroma is mild citrus with moderate herbal hops. Kind of green, leafy greens.
Tropical fruit and grapefruit upfront with a medium yeasty body. Good malt back to help subdue the hops bitterness. The balance is pretty good for a “Belgian” IPA. This is pretty drinkable for a style that can be very easily screwed up.
