Description
Established in 2010, Revolutions is a music-inspired micro brewery producing a range of cask ales of all styles from pale ales through to stouts and porters. Home to the multi award-winning Swoon Chocolate Fudge Milk Stout. The brewery also holds beer from other breweries from Yorkshire and further afield and currently sources beer for many beer festivals across the UK.

Brewing ceased in March 2023.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2017. A light hazed golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, oramge, spicy hop, nettle, little hay. Flavour is composed of semi sweet bready malts, grassy citrus, orange rind, little noble hop character.. Palate is semi sweet, good cask condition. Semi drying finish. Not bad.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2017. A hazed dark brown coloured pour with a creamy tan head. Aroma is big sweet chocolate fudge cake, earthy, grainy chocolate, little alcohol. Flavour is composed of semi sweet toffee, rusty penny, chocolate, little metallic,. Artificial, powdered chocolate.. Tastes like a shitty Bateman beer.. Palate is medium sweet, grainy, creamy, little tart metallic finish. Not a huge fan.

[ As Revolutions Red Right Hand ].Light unclear medium orange amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, dried fruit, rye. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sugary, sweet malt, marmalade hops, dried fruit. Aaahhh this is how a British bitter SHOULD BE. Lovely tasty stuff
Dark nutty color with a fine off white head. Good lacing. Looks nice and inviting. Medium + body and a fine carbonation level. Fine pleasant intensity in the aroma. Bready, fruity, caramel and herbal hoppy flavor. Lasting end.
