Description
Established in 2010, Revolutions is a music-inspired micro brewery producing a range of cask ales of all styles from pale ales through to stouts and porters. Home to the multi award-winning Swoon Chocolate Fudge Milk Stout. The brewery also holds beer from other breweries from Yorkshire and further afield and currently sources beer for many beer festivals across the UK.

Sampled @ GBBF day 2. Slightly hazy yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, some fruityness of orange and passionfruit, lightly bitter with a touch of orange peel bitter and straw. Actually not bad. A bit one sided perhaps but not bad at all.

Cask @ Stubbing Wharf, Hebden Bridge. Golden-blonde with a creamy head. Has a sweet bubbly gum nose after an initial malt aroma. Has a pleasant sweet malt-hop taste.

[ As Revolutions / Tyne Bank Communique ].Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, burnt, coffee and more coffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140415]

Clear bright gold beer, tidy white head. Light crisp palate, dry. Lagerish dry pale malts. Light noble hop like bitterness. Little floralness. Light dry finish. Clean but a bit dry.

Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden yellow with a creamy head. Has lots of hops and tropical fruits with a high floral influence.
