Tap at the brewery - creamy texture - high cream sweetness balanced really well with the flavor and bitterness of the coffee - tastes a bit like cafe au lait - the acidity from the coffee beans is kept in check pretty well, never becoming abrasive, and there is a spiciness from the hops that works well - well-executed coffee beer.

Tap at the brewery - ugg, I have to be the odd man out here - mostly barrel and burning - syrupy sweetness - vanilla and toasted coconut - I love bourbon, but I actually wanted a beer - this really does taste like straight up bourbon to me - urg.

turbid light gold - fairly soapy lace - aroma is strong in the coriander department - smells almost savory/salty - smells of neutral yeastiness and softly tangy wheat as well - soft texture in the mouth - flavor is fairly sweet, some melon rind, with strong spiciness and peppery notes, some vitamin B character which is a little off-putting - some odd savory character on the tail end - there is some good stuff happening, but also some strangeness.

Tap at the brewery - lightly hazy straw - flavors of light toast, moderate mineral bite, some diacetyl, lightly earthy malt and a mushroomy British ale yeast mustiness - authentic malt profile, and the mineral quality increases the authenticity - the buttery diacetyl is a bit too strong, and the actual hop bitterness seems more in line with an APA, but this is somewhere between meh and okay.

Tap at the brewery - clear light amber - a lot more malt forward than I typically like my ipas - quite a bit of caramel sweetness and some sugary crystal malt sweetness - the citric qualities of the hops combine with this to create a flavor not unlike grapefruit covered in sugar - strong bitterness follows, becoming abrasive at times - meh.
