2 1/2 oz sample at the brewery yesterday. It seems like I forgot to take notes on the appearance of this one; I only gave it a score. Smells like pot (even more than most "dank" IPAs), tastes like a basic IPA. Good.

2 1/2 oz sample at the brewery yesterday. Hazy brown red hue. Nutty malty nose. Taste starts out sweet before becoming a little sour. Soft carbonation. Pretty good.

2 1/2 oz sample at the brewery yesterday. Probably my second favorite from the sampler tray I got. I thought this was interesting. I’ve heard of oatmeal stouts but never have I heard of oatmeal in a pale ale. Hazy yellow with nice lacing. Hoppy nose and taste. Really good.

2 1/2 oz sample at the brewery yesterday. Cloudy pureed grapefruit hue with a tiny white collapsing head. Muted aroma of raspberry. Soft carbonation. Decent.

2 1/2 oz sample at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a dissipating white head. The aroma is citrusy, spicy, bready, corinder is strong. I like the lemongrass in it. Creamy mouthfeel. Good.

2 1/2 oz sample at the brewery. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head leaving lace. Hoppy, grainy, spicy nose. Hoppy flavor--nice and bitter; tastes more like a NW pale ale than a pre-prohibition lager. Reminds me a bit of New Belgium Shift. Impressed.

Draught. Black pour with a beige head. Full aroma, full bodied with a good hoppy edge. Some caramel in the flavour. Some funkiness in the finish. A good beer to seek out.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy amber with a good creamy near-white head. Nose is all hop. What kind of hop? Floral, resin and citrus? Med body. Flavor is mildly roast caramel. But then there’s a lot of Belgian yeast/spice. Makes the hop seem very floral. The spice is significant. The hop is very significant. A bit peppery - Grains of Paradise? Finish is seductively Belgian. It’s fresh! Lush! Brilliant!

22 oz. bottle, pours a murky, opaque dark orangey amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma is extremely fruity, slight yeast, some barnyard and barrels. Flavour is very fruity, with loads of grapefruit, pineapple and mangos, some funk and hay, oak chips and lots of caramel malt. Pungent flavours - very well-balanced. Quite enjoyable.

Cask at GBBF. Very slightly hazy gold beer. Crispy palate. Juicy grapefruit hops, grassy as well but not too bitter. Nice.
