Description
It is in the Lot valley, on the foothills of the Aubrac plateau, that the Brasserie d'Olt has been housed since 1998. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, nourished by our cultural and culinary heritage, we celebrate our region day after day through our brewing achievements. Perhaps you have already guessed our unique ambition: to invite you to taste, with each sip,
At the base of the manufacture of our beers, Boraldes water, as well as other sources from the Aubrac mountains, directly supply our brewery. Before being used, the water is naturally purified by two particle filters: the first, in stainless steel, contains activated carbon, the second is a fine filter of 0.02 microns. This very basic water (pH 8), characteristic of our region, gives our products a unique flavor.
Beyond water, an essential component in the manufacture of beer, we select quality raw materials. These premium ingredients release aromas that create the typical characteristics of the beers we make. Our malts and hops, guaranteed GMO-free, come from exceptional terroirs.
