Can from Beerdome. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, tobacco and moderate hoppy - pine. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 080825

330ml can. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aroma of dark chocolate, oak, chilli. Taste is sweet, dark chocolate, some roasty bitterness, nice chilli heat mixed with some alcohol warmth, liquorice hints. Medium bodied, smooth.
Really well judged amount of chilli in this beer; provides a decent kick but doesn't overpower the stout flavours. Very hard balance to strike based on the chilli beers I've had, so great effort there.

330ml can. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, vanilla. Taste is sweet, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, strong roast malt presence keeping this balanced and leading to a bitter, slightly boozy finish. Full bodied, smooth. Excellent.
I suppose releasing a Christmas beer in March and me drinking it in July is indeed, quite a late appearance for Santa.

Can at home from HOTM. Pale yellow and cloudy nice white head. Fruity ripe and stone fruity aroma. Mostly light sweet. Slight crisp finish. Medium to full body.

Getting notes of mango and lychee, some punchy Sabro pineapple, floral and herbal grassy hops, citrusy lime and lemon coming in, light hop spice, creamy sweet malty support, balanced bittersweet hoppy finish. Good stuff.
