Bottle. Color: Dark reddish brown, very thin beige head. Aroma: Malty, sweetish and lightly fruity Rum, caramel. Taate: Caramel malt, Rum, cane sugar, boozy notes, fruity fig and dates, hoppy backbone. Light chocolate hints. Over moderate sweet and bitter. Full body, low carbonation. Very nice, well balanced.

24/1/2026. Can at ITFC Beer share. From Craft Metropolis, Penge. Great pour. Lovely gingerbread aroma. Dark chocolate, oreo biscuit. Moderately sweet, good roasted bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Didn’t quite have the body to match the abv, but otherwise very nice.
