Description
Craft beer is a passion, an obsession and a journey. This journey has opened our eyes (and taste buds) to some of the finest examples of beer this planet has to offer. Our tastes and expectations have forever changed, and so have our methods of enjoyment. From beer trades, to home brewing, to attending release parties and festivals one thing became clear… We rarely drink the same beer over and over again, and we love to share.

On tap at Galaxy Hut pours lightly hazy orange with some soapy, white head. Nose has heavy orange tangerines, tropical fruit - guava and pineapple mostly, a little bubblegum. Flavor kicks up the guava and pineapple, some tangerine on the back, perfume, some hand soap, a little starfruit. Finishes bitter, fruity and a little sweet.

Bottle from the brewery. Bottled 10/26/16. The pour is an unclear gold with a small white head and some sticky, drippy lacework. Aroma is citrus / grapefruit rind. A bit floral as well, some spice and herbal notes, which grow in intensity on the first. Wheat is not particularly noticeable to me on either the aroma or flavor. Pretty sure I wouldn't have known it was there at all were it not on the label. Gets fairly bitter on the close. Light-medium bodied, with a lengthy, dry, tingly finish. Herbal and spice increase in intensity through the close. Thought this was pretty good.

Draft at the brewery, 11/19/16. Clear gold, no lacing.  Fruity and yeasty, slightly tart.  Really clean, drinkable, and flavorful.  Nice stuff. These guys seem to make clean beers no matter the style.

Bottle from the brewery, bottled 10/19/16, consumed 11/27/16. Pours white gold, clear, with a fizzy, bubbly froth of bright white head and some streaky lacing. Herbal, grainy malt, and grass. Finishes with a strong bitterness. Very clean mouthfeel with a dry close. Not quite the crispness I generally look for in the style, but a very drinkable, clean, hoppy Pils that I'd happily drink again.
