I picked this up at the local Liquorland, medium bodied and pretty crisp. Tropical and balanced. Quite enjoyable.

Schooner on tap at Ballistic, Springfield. Clear golden beer with a thin white head. High fine carbonation, sweet grain nose. Taste is a sharp bitterness, quite harsh. Sweet grainy finish. Not bad but a bit brutal.

Schooner on tap at Springfield brewery. Crystal clear amber beer with zero head and very light carbonation. Looks like a glass of brown water. Sweet grainy nose. Sweet taste, some zing on the tongue. Finish is dry with some toasted rice notes. Nailed the style, if you like Japanese lager, go for it!

Pint on tap at Ballistic, Springfield. Pours a golden amber with high fine carbonation. A little bit of sticky lacing. Nose of tropical fruit. Dry bitter finish. Mandarin is obvious and lingering. Very nice.

Pint on tap at Ballistic, Springfield. Unusually smells like an English Bitter, nothing wrong with that. Golden amber beer with a thin white head. Light carbonation. Light, refreshing. Sweet malt with fresh lemon hop finish. Very nice quaffer in the QLD heat.

lots of mint and citrus, a touch of oak, slight astringent . Medium bitterness. Pretty good stuff.

Aromas of milk, chocolate, a little citrus and a teensy bit of chilli. The chilli is much more noticeable on tasting, with a more lemony citrus as well. Very well made and enjoyable but - despite the presence of the chilli - not especially memorable.

From a 375ml can on 7/8/2022. Pours a deer brown with small head. Has a moderate chocolatey nose. Tastes of milk chocolate with some light roasty notes, with the chilli kicking in noticeably at the back and lingering, with lots of warming heat coating the mouth long after the most recent sip. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Ultimately just a touch too much heat for me, but it’s not outrageous and those who disdain mild when ordering their Indian will probably dig this.

375ml can into pint glass. From Ballistic, Springfield. Golden orange beer with large head of white foam and swirls of tiny bubbles. Light fruity aroma, slight caramel. Good body, viscous. Rich caramel and fruit taste, surprisingly easy to drink considering the ABV. Very nice double IPA.

375ml can into pint glass. From Ballistic, Springfield. Golden amber beer, slightly cloudy. Light carbonation, thin white head. Fruity nose with a little malt. Clean, refreshing, bitter. Finish is grapefruit and bitter lemon. It's an IPA and it's great.
