Draught. Slightly fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Semi-fruity flavour. Good mouthfeel. Not very highly carbonated. Aftertaste is a little sweet with a hint of tea.

Bottled. Hazy orange, dense head. Grassy and very orangey aroma. Sweet with soft, fresh, lively mouthfeel. Really hoppy. Dry, bitter finish with notes of licorice and lemon. An excellent beer with concentrated flavours.

Draught Fully dark brown; yellowish-amber head, receding leaving textbook lace. Forest-like nose: trees, leaves, pineneedles,carrried by good dark malts, and faraway chocolate. Dark malts taste, restrained, not bitter. Again leafy notes. I could imagine again chocolate (sweet) and at the ende a very nice refreshing acidity, apple-like. Medium bodied, but born enough by the malts. Good carbonation, not fizzy. If you prefer a not overheavy Christmas beer, this might be hard to beat for you. Not overly spicey, not too heavy - well, good. Update for " Cuvée Meilleurs Voeux" 7.3 ABV Draught Fully hazy, dark chestnut, amber-beige good head, retreating. [4/5] Bready, lots of dark malts, chicory aroma, chestnut flour. [7/10] Spicey, liquorice, laurel, lavender, clove, again dark malts. Sweet with a little sourish lining, bitter as good as absent. [7/10]tely some pastry streak. Welld bodied, slick verging to syrupy. [3/5] stereotyped X-mas sweet-spicey but definitely worth a try if you see it.[14/20]

Cracked open at MrFacto’s ’Tosa tasting, brought by JPDIPSO. Cloudy orange body, medium off-white head. Nice perfumey aroma with herbs, flower petals, and plenty of spice, combining for a sort of potpourri-in-a-bottle effect. The flavor wasn’t quite as compelling, with sweet honey, rotting fruit and white grape juice balanced by spices (pepper), flower petals, and a touch of honey. Yeasty with a crackery finish. The aroma was the best part of this solid beer.

Draught. Spicy, malty aroma. Dark chestnut colour, small head. Watery, malty flavourwith spicy, aromatic aftertaste. Nice bitterness in aftertaste.

Draught Fully hazy, yellow-ochre beer with good snowwhite head, leaving nice lace. Beautifully perfumed, very flowery, spring shrubs - no doubt the Asperulla. Great. Excellent fruity-spicey taste. All flavours are too subtle to be pointed out (compare THIS to that infernal Waldmeister syrup to ruin Berliner Weisse!). Light citrus taste, spicey, especially retronasal. Light, refreshing, spritzy without being fizzy. Superb light, refreshing beer. WHY DO THEY COME OUT WITH THIS END OF AUTUMN?
