Can, bb 5/24. Not such an obscure find it seems. Opaque yellowish orange with a small white head. Aroma of lychees, green berries, some citrus, crackers. More pineapple in the taste - starts with somewhat tired tropical fruit then gets a little astringent and asprin-like towards the end. OK.

Can, huge thanks Fil for bringing it from Australia and sharing with Ryan and me! Hazy yellow-golden body, off-white head. Resinous aroma, bit of pineapple, tropical touches. Lean, dry, smooth taste, with evident oxidation, sadly, but though resin dominates, some pineapple and orange can be gleaned underneath. Oh well, glad to have tried it, but sad it wasn't in its best shape and form!

Can, huge thanks FIl for bringing it from Australia and sharing with Ryan and me! Hazy golden body, lasting thick white head. Resinous aroma, caramelly, some light oxidation but actually okay. Lean, dry taste, resinous, honeyish, some cooked pear, weirdly, ends with a medium to light bitterness, bit low for the style I guess. Okay, not the freshest even though it's purchased recently - like their other can...

Can. Black. A tan head is very swiftly gone. Aroma of mocha, some earth and seaside, roast. Full bodied but never all that heavy. Medium low carbonation. Inky mocha, De Molen-like Welsh cake, fairly firm bitterness that waits its turn. After a while the sweetness tells. Good stuff.

Pours a dirty deep golden with a small to medium head. The nose is fruity and dank, with some fruit lolly. Tastes of melon, orange, lemon with some mild peach and apricot. There's a firm bitterness at the back, which is piney and spicy, with the barest hint of hop burn. Silky mouthfeel with modertae to average carbonation. Reminds me quite a bit of Big Shed's Boozy Fruit, which is a good thing. Challenging and assertive. Nice stuff and would be happy to have again.

From a 440ml can on 29/10/2023. Pours a hazy orange with no head. The nose features lightly fermenting fruit. The taste features sour mango (if that's a thing) but nothing remotely pulpy as suggested in the brewer's blurb. Nor is there much strawberry, aside from a bit of tangy-ness in the moderately tart finish. The body is a bit thin and the carbonation moderate. For a smoothie sour, it's totally lacking in both smoothie character and sweetness. Falls short of many levels for me.

A very fun, fruity beer with aromas of lemon sherbet, orange peel, bread and mango. Quite a fizzy mouthfeel, with a nice length and some passionfruit coming through with those other flavours. Really nice.

(Can) Striking appearance - deep red with big pink head. Pastry confectionary aroma with fruity notes. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation. Taste is pleasantly sour with some pastry, creamy notes mainly at the start. The sourness is fruity and reminiscent of berries. The alcohol is well hidden. Pleasant, unusual.

Can. Clear amber with a dense cream 3/2cm head. Aroma of of cooked tropical fruit and oozing citrus, sticky breadcrust. 7+ Fairly sweet but pleasantly transparent of palate with a drying and (only) slightly boozy finish that helps it feel less heavy. The citrus predominates and that lightly herbal touch of Citra again helps in terms of drinkability. Good.
