Keg at the Ladywell Tavern, Ladywell (12/8/17). Hazy gold pour with a white head. Nose of lemon peel, vanilla, grapefruit, lime. Sharp bitter citrus flavours. Refreshing stuff.

Can, 4.5%. Hazy golden with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, caramel, little peach and a little perfume. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, caramel, little peach, medium sweet, fruit peel, orange and a little bitter.

330ml can. Pours very dark brown with a medium head. Aroma is yeasty roast, beef and a little vanilla. Taste has chocolate to start and roast and rum on the finish. Vanilla aftertaste.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow, huge white head. Aroma is grapefruity and citrusy. Bitter, mild herbal and citrusy. Dry, herbal and slight fruity. Dry and estery finish.

Keg at London Beer House. It pours cloudy / turbid creamy gold with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, floury, damp hay, wet grass and green onion. The taste is dry, bitter, pithy citrus, grapefruit, floral, green, damp grass, floury bread and a touch of spice with a drying and pithy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent enough stuff.

Bottle shared on Level 42 23/08/2017. Many thnaks to Paul for this one. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is plastic, sharp lime citrus, wheat. Flavour is composed of crisp light grains, wheat, lime, little straw, grains, corn, leaft citrus. Palate is crisp, sharp , highish carbonation. Good.

Can shared in London. Cheers! Pours hazy yellow with a foamy, white head. Pithy citrus in the nose, some lemon peel, pale grains. Light sweet flavour, with more pith, mineral flint, grain husk. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Bitter rindy finish. Alright.

Can shared at L42. It pours cloudy bright gold with a thick white head. The aroma is a bit plastic upfront, tangy, juicy, passion fruit, dried mango, bready, cake and candies fruits. The taste is pretty bitter, dry, resinous, pithy, zesty citrus, orange, soda water, hay, sponge, wheat, powdery and grass with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit pithy and wishy washing. Decent around.

Can split at L42, thanks to Bropey, 23/08/17. Hazed yellow orange with a decent off white head that retains well. Nose is plastic, grains, bitter orange, straw, light spice. Taste comprises orange pith, mineral strokes, light spice, straw, toasted grains, lemon drizzle, biscuit crumbs. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok ... no return voyage required.
