Bottle from Piwna Central, Poznan. Clear golden, unstable, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of coffee bean, hazelnut, grapefruit peel, unripe pear, grape, pine, bread crust, melon. Taste has sweetish grape, pear & apple; bitter coffee, nuts, pine & herbs in the middle; ending piney hoppy, a bit resinous, grapefruity with bitter earthy coffee bean accents on top. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. IPA-wise nothing special but the coffee adds a nice extra layer.

Can from Piwna Central, Poznan. Hazy red, very small, pink head. Aroma of blueberry jam, coulis, cranberry, cassis, chocolate (praline), yoghurt, vanilla, vague coco cream. Taste has sweet-sour blueberry, cassis, vague strawberry & cranberry, sweet yoghurty maltiness with chocolatey & vanilla accents, some coco. Tart, red-fruity finish, lingering berries, chocolate & coco. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Good but it does feel as if it needs the malt to support the fragile fruit character.

Hazy orange colour, small white head. Light citrus and orange in the nose. Medium-bodied. Citrus, light bitterness, some jam, pineapple in the flavour. Somehow a bit musty hoppyness. Neh.
