Misty gold with a bubbly/frothy white head. Grassy, malty nose with a sweet buttery malt flavour, a touch of honey and some grassy hops with just a hint of bitterness in the finish

330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Minimally grainy and strawy, pale malty as well as grassy and minimally floral, hoppy aroma, a touch of corn. Taste is moderately bitter, floral hoppy, pale malty basis with a minimally grainy and spicy touch, subtle residual sweetness. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Clean, crisp, nicely hopped - decent.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy, minimally herbal-spicy and minimally citrusy fruity hoppy aroma, minimally spicy, pale malty background, hints of lemon balm, a touch of woodruff. Taste is slightly dry, grassy and herbal-spicy hoppy, minimally spicy, pale malty, hints of salty cracker, woodruff, a touch of lemon balm, old lime peel, moderate zesty bitterness. Minimally oily, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Relatively meaty for its low abv, refreshing, drinkable - very nice!

Nach meinem ersten Glas Apfelwein in Frankfurt gelüstete es mich wieder eines Bieres. Dieses fand ich in einem überteuerten Alkoholgeschäft in einer Unterführung im Zentrum der Mainmetropole. Es ist ein nettes Helles, das man aufgrund der enormen Süffigkeit wunderbar leicht trinken kann. Nicht sehr tiefgründig oder soeziell aromatisch, aber ein nettes Trankerl für zwischendurch oder zum Essen dazu.

Sampled @ Craft Frankfurt 2023. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweet grainy malt, straw, cereals. Taste of mild dry grainy malt, straw, moderate bitterness.
