A 12 oz can located at the Hulen St. Total Wine earlier this year, I believe. A bar glass ready, I pour to see a hazy yellow-gold liquid finished by a long-lasting top of totally white foam. I smell a light hoppiness along with pineapple, no great shakes here. I lift the glass and take a drink. Big improvement. Really. Grapefruit, pineapple again, limes, grain, malt and orange rind. It all comes together. More bitter than sweet, a bit unusual for a hazy style IPA. Shares plenty of attributes from NE and WC styles both. Tasty.

Can (8/5/25) shared by Steve. Burst from the can--shaken? Hazy yellow, thick head with good retention, nice lacing. Aroma is strong dank pineapple, green apple, hint of cat box with deep sniff. Taste is strong dank pineapple, caramel malt. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Late bitterness as an aftertaste. Some nice elements and believe this is likely suffering a bit from age. Brewer knows what they are doing so probably better fresher.

Lots of coconut and roast. Caramel. Some coffee. Black pour with ok head. Bittersweet finish. Decent stout. Tap at Flying Saucer in Dallas Airport.

Tavour bottle: pours near black with beige head. Aroma is butterscotch, booze, malt, caramel. Taste is a bit sharpe, lightly bitter, sweet. Tad oxidized.

Has aged incredibly well. Nice mellow roast and dry cocoa, balanced peppery spice, a little earth, nip of dried fruit. Lightly warming finish, some green pepper bite. Really sound.

Bottle shared a t craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. A clear reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head, aroma is spicy green pepper, brown sugars, halepenio. Spice. Flavour is composed of z brown coloured pour, green pepper, spicy, highish carbonation. Lovely. Waxy citrus.
