Crystal clear golden color. Aroma of boiled cabbage. Taste is rotted sauerkraut. Coca cola should stop brewing beer. But thanks gentlemen for sharing!

Sans être passionné par les pils, je les apprécie avant tout légères et mettant en avant les céréales. Donc lorsque je tombe sur une pils plutôt sucré avec le caramel qui prend trop de place, je suis donc plutôt déçu. Et cela part d'un constat plutôt simple, les arômes des pils sont très subtils, et avec un sucre trop présent, cela écrase tout et vous perdez quasiment toute nuance. Le visuel est sur un blond doré limpide avec une fine effervescence et une mousse blanche ne recouvrant pas l'ensemble de la surface. Le nez est loin d'être exceptionnel sur le caramel, de légères épices et des céréales. L'intensité est moyenne sur l'attaque avec des arômes peu intéressants. C'est la douceur que l'on ressent en premier avec des épices un peu plus présentes qu'au nez. La deuxième bouche voit l'amertume se réhausser légèrement mais n'arrivant pas à donner assez de fraîcheur. L'alcool, à 6,7% se ressent peu. L'arrière bouche voit apparaître des arômes de pomme de terre dont on se serait passé. La corpulence est moyenne malgré cette lourdeur en bouche. Le final est plus discret, mais relativement long. Sans intérêt.

Sample thanks to Grumbo, shared with haddock. Misty golden appearance, small white head. Cobweb and tired malts on the nose. Taste brings additional cardboard and oxidised bitterness. It does seem past its best, but then I have seen more unkind comments on the beer fresh.

12/12/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of saxo/fonefan. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of caramel, corn, grain, butter biscuit. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Sweet finish. Nice tick.

Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light cardboard, light grass. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, cardboard, sweet malt - corn, corn - bread, light straw. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20201205]
