Draft at the Grand Lux Cafe in the Galleria in Dallas, Texas. The pour is a slight haze copper reddish with a small, well formed white head. The aroma is sweet caramel malt, along with a hint of grassiness. The taste is nice bread malt up front, turning to the caramel malt which also shows some apple fruit sweetness. There is a touch of the grass in the finish. The palate is medium to light bodied, active carbonation, clean dry finish. Easy drinking, solid Amber Lager.

Shaker pint draft at the Lakewood Brewing Company in Garland, Texas. The pour is a clear golden with a smaller white head. The aroma is clean cereal malt with grass hay hops and a hint of malt sweetness towards the back. The taste is clean cereal grain, softly sweet, with grass and some mineral to the crisp finish. The mineral gets a bit dirty as the beer warms, but doesnβt detract too much. The palate is light to medium bodied with a bright carbonation and dry mineral finish. Well made Kolsch, I enjoyed this one.

Bottle from blutt59, thanks for the opportunity! Solid black color with a frothy bubbly tan head that persists. Big sweet milk chocolate with an almost burnt caramel thing going on like creme brulee or something. Light creamed coffee and a touch of warming alcohol. Pretty tasty sweet stout. May 2019 Bottle from Tavour. Inky black in color with a small but long lasting off white head. Licorice and caramel with bits of roast and dark fruit. Sweet fruity vanilla and lactose cuts through the roast quickly. Nice Sweet Stout.
