Bottle from Rosebud Butternuts. Pours hazy light orange with a slight off-white head. Light rye notes in the aroma. Med body or nearly. Flavor is lemony with some hot bits. Dryer than not. Better than many wheats.

Bottle from Rosebud Butternuts. Pours clear copper with an off-white head. Aroma is malty/bready with some herb noble hop. Med body. Flavor is caramel with a decent load of herb and maybe grass hop. Suddenly in the finish it gets pretty bitter. It wasn’t, then it was. Finishes towards dry for sure.

Bottle from Rosebud Butternuts. Pours dark brown with a slight creamy tan head. Strong treacle aroma. Full bodied or nearly. It’s treacle flavor, but not overly sweet. Some coffee. A little chocolate. Quite different and amazing. Finishes almost dry with a touch of spice - don’t think it’s heat - just spice of a hot type.

Bomber from Rosebud Butternuts. Pours very dark coppper with a slight beige head. Aroma is dark fruit with a touch of honey. Makes me think of cola. Fell bodied. Flavor is dark fruit, dark malt and something like aged honey. If you’ve had brown/black honey from a hive - you know it. Finishes rather dry for the amount of malt. Definitely Belgian, though fruity esters are hard to distinguish.

Bottle from Rosebud Butternuts. Aroma seems floral/citrus with a nutty touch. Med body or better. Flavor is spicy, citrus, malty. The flavors are fairly strong - tho this is not a NW mouth burner the hop and yeast/spice are making it bitter enough. This flavor is quite different. Nice stuff.

12 ounce bottle. A light fruity nose with some sweet phenolic Belgian yeast. The flavor is a great meld of Belgian elements with bigger fruity hops, light bitterness. Some nutty flavors with banana and clove, big oranges. Good.
