Hazy and effervescent, with a big head. Aroma is quite yeasty. Taste is the same, with a wheaty tartness, hit of yeast. Hazardous, though that’s mostly because it’s wild and a bit unreliable.

Bottle. Amber with a white head that fades to a coat. Aroma of toffee flowers pepper some fig. Lowish carbonation, fairly light bodied. Sweet toffee a little bread, balancing bitterness some spices. A bit alt-ish. OK.

Draught at The Royal Oak, Launceston. Sampled on August 6, 2013.Clear deep golden to copper color, dense teal head. Malty, creamy, fruity taste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Fruity, malty aftertaste. Malty, sweet, fruity scent.
