Hazy, pale gold with a frothy, white head that lingers. Aroma of fresh dough and banana. Taste is mildly banana sweet, with a clingy, clay-like consistency. Texture though trends watery. Missing a spice component. Serviceable.

Amber with a thin, frothy white head. Mildly grainy aroma with caramel and apple hints. Taste is mildly bitter with light buttery notes and a caramel sweetness most evident up front. Smooth, medium body—balanced carbonation. Simple but not bad.

Golden color. Oak, cabbage and hoparoma. Sherry-like flavor. Oak, sharp hoppy flavor. Cardboard. I guess this beer has oxidated, but in fact it is still drinkable. The carbon is still there. Re-rate: fresher sample. UDRG 08-04-05: Creamy malty aroma with just a bit of hops. Malty flavor, with also a modest amount of hop character. Thin to medium bodied. A touch of apple. Fairly clean palate. Quite OK.

Deep dark brown color. Malt and raisin in the aroma, even a hint of porto. Very fruity flavor: grapes, porto. Some malt. Just a bit sharp. Thin to medium bodied. Very likeable beer, almost Belgian in character, like a thinnish Abbey brown.
