Lakeuden Panimojuhlat 2025. Has changed recipe and also beer style from American Amber to a Red Ale in 2022/23 sometime, according to Ronald who is behind the Flying Dutchman concept. Reddish amber colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy white head, which leaves good lace. Aroma is biscuity, some mild toasted tones with toffee and some mild nutty and wooden tones. Flavour is mild biscuity tones, wood, some nutty and a bit toasted elements with some sweet grainy tones too. A bit bitter in the finish too. Pleasant.

Bottle @ Både &, Kristiansand. Black body with a huge, creamy, lacing beige head. Aroma is medium roasted dark malt, coffee, cocoa and vanilla. Flavor has this kind of sweet and dry thing, dark, medium roasted malt, coffee, cocoa powder, licorice and very well balanced bitterness. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice one and surprisingly easy drinkable.

Smell of coffee, molasses, milk. Black colour, light brown head. Aroma of mudcake, roasted malt, nuts. Starts off sweet, finishes medium bitter. Foamy lively carbon. Quite balanced.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso la ciliegia. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è medio. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è assente. La forza gustativa è appena percepibile e così pure la continuità gustativa. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è appena percepibile. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, ciliegia, cortile e aromi dello scantinato.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Aroma is fruity hops, tropical fruits, grapefruit, slightly floral, touch of citrus, onions and grass, biscuity malt, touch of pine with a hint of wood. Flavour is light sweet with a bitter finish. Medium bodied. Very decent IPA, good fruity and oily hops, enjoyable.

Bottle at Het Refter, Zwolle. Aroma is floral and fruity hops, with citrus and light grainy malt, Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Pretty basic, but easy and properly fruity. Enjoyable, refreshing.

Bottle at Het Refter, Zwolle. Aroma is very roasted with chocolate, vanilla beans, dessert flavours, tiramisu, coffee. Flavour is mild sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Nice dessert-ish Stout on the lighter side of the spectrum.
