(Can) Pours black with large caramel coloured head. Lovely rich aroma of toffee, chocolate, dark roast grains, notes of peanut. Excellent mouthfeel. Full bodied, smooth, slightly sticky, with soft carbonation. The taste is rich, complex and well balanced. There’s a dark toffee sweetness at the start and a solid bitterness steadily develops to balance it, leaving a burnt sugar note that encourages another sip. There’s some tangy berry and dried fruit notes at the start, and dark chocolate in the middle, and some booze towards the end. Really enjoyable.

(Can) Pours clear golden amber with small white head. Subtle aroma that reminded me of lemon sherbet and rich tea biscuits. Medium body with generous carbonation. Pleasant unusual taste. Tart and lemony with some biscuit malt in the back. Modest bitterness. Unusual and very drinkable.

(Can but 4.8%ABV) Pours clear mid brown with tiny off white head. Subtle pleasant aroma with notes of toffee, hints of nuts. Good mouthfeel with medium body and good carbonation. Good taste too with balance of sweetish toffee malt and gently bitter hops. Very nice, very drinkable.

(Can) Pours slightly hazy golden with small white head. Nice aroma of pine. Light body with great full soft carbonation. Nice tart fruity citrusy start and mid palate leads into some gentle hoppy bitterness in the finish. Impressive for a mid strength.

(Can - there seems to be no way to follow the different beers in this series) Pours opaque golden yellow with tiny white head. Nice fruity aroma - pineapple and mango. Lovely mouthfeel - medium body with soft fine carbonation. Taste is nicely fruity all the way with a gentle kick of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Very nice.

This one doesn't have the number five in the title, so not sure if I'm rating the right beer, but it is a 5.1% NEIPA. I'm getting aromas of pineapple, mango, lemon and biscuit. The lemon and biscuit are prominent in the mouth plus a little sherbet as well. It's full bodied and very pleasant. Much more than I expected.

Looks like they have changed it up a little - 5.0 ABV rather than 5.2 as the original entry says. Feels like a macro lager with a more interesting hop profile. The aroma and taste are dominated by a straw flavour with a nice hoppy finish. Nothing to write home about.
