Description
We're the Little Bang Brewing Company, straight from the suburbs of Adelaide. We are Fil and Ryan, our families and our pretty awesome Little Bang crew. We used to make video games for a living, we were nerds for games. We still are, really, but now we make beer.
We're much, much bigger nerds about beer. We talk about it, argue about it, dream about it and read about it. A lot. In 2013 we started collecting equipment, materials and tools, and over the next 18 months we designed and built a brewery in Fil's garage. It was crowded.
We immediately run into space and not being able to produce enough beer to meet demand problems so at the end of 2015 we moved into bigger premises in Stepney where we could fit in more fermentors and open up a cellar door.
Once again running out of space and still not being able to meet demand we move again into even bigger premises at Henry Street, Stepney where punters can pay us a visit and enjoy a beer from our 21 taps of Little Bang and guest beers, wine or food from our very own kitchen!

Can. Almost black with a 1/2cm tan head. Gentle mocha malty aroma with some spices. Very silky but less sweet than guessed with mocha, toffee, Milo, some prunes, gentle spiced bitterness. Not really for me.

Can. Clear pale yellowish gold, white head. Mixed citrus rind and cracker aroma. A little boiled lolly sweetness behind citrusy hops. Drying, moderately bitter finish. Pleasant quaffer.

Can. Fairly hazy orange with a 2cm white head. Pulpy mango and orange aroma with vague bread. Much better defined taste (which makes me revisit the aroma) with lime as well as sharpish orange escorting the tropical notes to the cheap seats before green pine needles at the moderately bitter finish. Pretty good although strong for what it offers.

Can. Clear amber with an inch of near white head. Piney aroma with sticky breadcrust, grapefruit, some berries. Sweet with caramel, light biscuit and lots of pine with lesser citrus notes before bitterness that nags its way through. A bit old fashioned but OK.

Can. Clear pale amber with a cm of or so of white head that only lasts a little while. Aroma of pine, bread, grapefruit or pomelo, under-ripe tropical fruit. A little sweet with breadcrust at first but everything points towards a bitter end. Nicely done. Carbonation could be a little higher.

Canvent. Unclear pink with a white head that doesn't last. Aroma of raspberries, lemons, a little ice cream. Not a trace of funk, just nice berries and pretty sour lemon. It's plain but very refreshing.

(Can) Pours clear amber brown with small off-white head. Aroma is full of jobs with a vegetable and herbs and pine notes. Medium body with good carbonation. Taste also has plenty of hops from start to finish, but there is som nice balance in the mid palate with some good toffee malt. The hops still win out with a good bitter finish. Very nice, quite full on with the hops, but with some good malty balance.

(Can - seems to be a different beer from the other versions in the series, but has no obvious number unlike others). Pours opaque golden amber with small white head. Good aroma of pineapple, pine and some dank notes. Medium body with excellent mouth filling soft carbonation. Great taste too. Nice and fruity, with some modest bitterness. Very drinkable.

(Can) Pours very hazy golden with small white head. Great aroma of pine, passion fruit with hints of stone fruit and porridge. Full bodied and creamy with fine carbonation. Great taste too. Plenty of hops give a nice tangy fruity start and satisfying bitter finish. There’s some creaminess too. Very enjoyable.
