Purchased at the brewery two days after their 2024 Eclipse party. This was the special beer produced for the party. Solid all around.

2023 bottle. Oily black pour with moderate light brown head. Sweet vanilla and bourbon aroma. Interesting well rounded flavor. The Earl Grey is muted but adds nice stability. Another solid Eclipse.
Bottle at Ryan's. Pours deep ruby brown, nose is chocolate, coconut, vanilla cinnamon, caramel, nutty, taste is similar, sweet, spiced. 8/9/9/8/8
Bottle in the Airbnb. Pours black, nose is chocolate, honey, caramel, vanilla, soy sauce, taste is similar, chocolate milk. Showing its age. 8

Matte brown on black, tacked cocoa head.
Nose is all cocoa, carbo & ash.
Bittersweet leaning sweet & sharp. Lovely dense roast, a touch smokey, a quick wave of dark chocolate, lightly nutty, lingering ash & calcium.
Fizzy, medium astringency, easy abv for 7.
Good, classic stuff.

Bottle to glass. 2022. Rich chocolate and molasses aromas. Deep brown with brown highlights and brown head. Flavor is dusted chocolate and light roast. Milky and mocha.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A dark black brown coloured pour with a loose dark tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty earthy roast, chocolate cake, peanut. Hazelnut. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, rounded roast, honeycombe, chocolate, mellow roast, waxy. Palate is medium sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Good.
