33cl can bought at the brewery. Pours almost completely clear straw coloured with a modest, white head. Yeasty and citrusy with lactic notes and sour berries. Moderate sweet with fairly mild flavour of not-so-ripe oranges - and a quite solid acidity. Quite refreshing.

50cl can bought at the brewery. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Solid fruity and hoppy with plenty of tropical fruits, some herbal notes and hints of citrus and pine. Somewhat sweet with fresh fruity and juicy flavours and a decent bitterness. Not really my favourite hops, but a refreshing a quite smooth and enjoyable brew.

Color dorado claro con mínima espuma blanca de duración corta. Aroma con notas cítricas y a pica-pica. Sabor cítrico con muy leves notas a las naranjas sanguinas. Final ligero y cítrico.

33cl bottle bought at the brewery. Pours slightly hazy amber with a short-lived, off-white head. Malty and somewhat caramelly with notes of dried fruits. Sweet, but light and fairly balanced with a light bitterness in the finish. Quite drinkable.

Aroma: cargado de chocolate negro, caramelo quemado y madera. Sabor: dominio del chocolate y la madera. Final fuerte y prolongado. Muy chocolatera. Next one please!

Many thanks for this barrel aged Barley Wine to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com). Pyszniutkie, nie liczylem ze bedzie to udane barley wine, i jednak sie mylilem.Na starcie wyrazny aromat Whisky i to juz podczas nalewania, intensywny, wyglad przednia etykieta, piana spora jak na barley wine, srednio trwala, lekko bezowy odcien. barwa cieczy to czerwono0rubinowa, wpadajaca w sliwkowo-fioletowy odcien po dolaniu metnosci z dna. Smak przypieczone, tostowe sliwki, winogrona, rodzynki. aj jest ich mnostwo a wraz z suszona morela tworza posmak wnet idealny. kolejny plus to stonowana slodowosc, subtelna i elegancka goryczka, do tego alko ukryte. Barszo, ale to bardzo fajne piwo.
