Dirty straw yellow, no head. Aroma of seaweed, waterchestnut, lemongrass. Some vegetable aroma. Taste is fruity and complex with good and spicy bitterness. Shared with EO and BG

Can shared with Johan and Bernt at Bernt’s place 08.05.22. Transparent, with a hue of peach. Some white head. Aroma and taste of lactic acid, and some fruit or berry - perhaps redcurrant or rhubarb.

Orange/red, no head. Aroma of lactosis and citrus. A little hint of orange, sour, acidic and fresh. Shared can with BG and EO

Bpttle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Dark brown. Malt, smokiness, caramel, licorice, faint roasty hint, sweet and bitterish.

Good for a gluten-free beer. Top right.

33cl can, BB 01/2024. From Brew Wild BCN, at home.
Brune foncée, col fin blanc-cassé tenace.
Arôme au bouquet plaisant, bien malté - caramel, grillé, petite pointe de chocolat, rétro sur un fumé agréable, pas surfait et qui passe bien avec l'apport des divers piments. Je note aussi un léger fruité rouge et un retour de grains sur la fin. Le côté épicé est délicat.
Palais est bien malté, fortement axé sur le grillé avec de belles saveurs de fumé auxquelles s'ajoutent un excellent côté épicé. La chaleur est subtile, bien placée et se développe doucement pour devenir quand même bien tranchante. J'attendais un petit 'kick' en plus du Trinidad Scorpion mais le côté chaleur persiste en fin de bouche. Le tout entre piment et fumé fonctionne fort bien - effervescence est un peu haute avec un retour du chocolat en fin de bouche ainsi qu'une bonne amertume plutôt sur le noble. Petite note levure sèche en fin de bouche.

Negra con espuma de color tostado, bonito encaje en copa. Aroma a maltas torrefactas con matices ahumados. Sabor ligeramente amargo, tostado, regaliz, café y ceniza. Final nada alcohólico y torrefacto.

44cl can bought at the brewery. Pours pitch black with a dissipating, beige head. Roasty and chocolaty with notes of dark, dried fruits. Smooth and warming with balanced flavours and bitterness. Certainly decent stuff.
