500ml bottle kindly shared by djoeye. Misty warm golden body, stable off-white head, rings of lace down the glass. Modest smell of pale malts, mid-sweet. The taste profile has got traces of buttery malts. Mid-sweet malty finish. Easy going. (Session with djoeye and lmojoh, Pivoteka H7, Tromsø 03.06.2019).

BOTTLE 50 CL. Opaque dark brown, creamy tan head. Cooking chocolate and brownie cakes, weak but clean aroma. Similar taste, mild chocolate/treacle sweetness, light spicy bitterness. Not the deepest malt character, but at least it is clean (this time). Full-bodied. Nice.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Dark amber/mahogany, a little dull, creamy light beige head. The nose is caramel, a little toasted bread, some sulphites, maybe some spicy hop. Similar taste, sweet but not too much - the spicy hop balances the caramel. The sugars provide the extra body, of corse. Overall, feels a little cleaner and more polished than their pale lagers, probably thanks to the caramel that masks some thinks out. Decent.

BOTTLE 50CL. Almost clear dull amber, sticky off-white head. The aroma is herbal, with notes of vegetables and roots, regional lager cheapo malts. Some spicy sulphites, not sure it could be hops. Taste: low to medium cereal/grain sweetness, a bit husky/papery, low but sharp bitterness with a touch of cooking oil. OK for regional pale lager, better than cheap macro.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Almost clear dull amber, sticky off-white head. The aroma is herbal, with notes of vegetables and roots, as well as some sugars resembling caramelized vegetables. Same old stale malt sweetness in the tastes, followed by moderate to strong spicy bitterness, with light notes of cooking oil. Nice full body. Light cardboard notes on the aftertaste. Overall, it's not as bad as it sounds, but I guess the lower grade malts just pull too much attention to themselves.
