20th Nov 2017. Shrewsbury Beer Share Group Meeting in Chez Sophie. Cheers to Simon for this little beauty. 330ml bottle, poured a misty amber colour, white head on top. Reminded me of the remains of a strong fruit punch, the type that as the host you have to drink once all the guests have gone. Really heavy alcohol kick in the finish and very fruity from the start. Surprised me, as we had been tasting lower gravity stuff before this and this changed the game somewhat. Interesting and different.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Nov 17, courtesy of Simon! Pours murky, muddy golden amber, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity murky. Surprisingly light on the palate.. alcohol tang is present, yet fruity exotic pulp and yeast seems to dominate, drying close.. doesn't appear to taste it's strength whatsoever. Good stuff.

Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Pink hued, pale amber. Frothy, white head. Nose has red fruit. Spicy, biscuity grain. Taste has some fruity sweetness, but is mostly dry. Light body. Fairly drying. Some fruit on the finish. Ok. Not much to write home about.

Keg @ Drink? Hebden Bridge. Amber-orange, fully hazed with a carbonation and no head. You can't tell with its nose, but it has lots of sourness in its taste.
