Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, light gold. Thin, white head, made up of lots of fine, lively bubbles. Looks like tiny frog spawn! Nose has a Belgian saison yeast, bready, estery banana thing up front. Some preserved lemon. Hint of woody herb. The stalk of a sprig of rosemary, or such like. Taste has some initial sweetness, feeling bready and yeasty, with a soft, peppery spice. Gets a little dry. Medium body, with burp inducing, foamy carbonation. That sweetness keeps on until the end, with some balance from a touch of pepper spiciness.
