Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Dark, dusky pink. Film and dense ring of pink. Nose is busting with fruit. Didn’t know elderberry was this fragrant. Soft sweet grain. Touch of funk. Touch of citrus and vanilla. Smells great. Taste is a little sweet and fruity, with sharp, clean berry tartness. Light body. Foamy carbonation. Clean, slightly dry, tart finish. Lost Industry are starting to nail these.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Copper colour. Light haze. Lively off white foam. Nose has sour berry. Sourdough bread. Fruited loaf. Taste has a fruity sweetness, and is lightly sour. Feels fairly clean on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Drinks under the ABV. Sour and sweet finish. Easy enough drinking, but overall it’s just nonsensical.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Fully hazy, deep, orange amber colour. Fine white head stays the course. Nose has soft, cheesy, woody funk. Light bretty notes. Some squishy fruit. Ripe blackberry. Nice balance of earthy and fruity here. Taste is light tart, with soft, juicy blackberry fruit. Twang of funky yeast. Light to medium body. Foamy carbonation. Some acidity. Tart fruit to finish. Best of this series of beers so far, by some way. The blackberry balances the funky notes really well. Nicely done.
