Bottle at home shared with Laura. Murky yellow orange color, huge sized white head, very fizzy, quickly diminishing. Aroma and flavor are malts, some yeasty notes. Hmm can't really put my finger on it but I dont like it very much. Perhaps the sherry.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Brown colored beer with a huge fizzy beige head that diminishes quickly. Aroma and flavor are malts, wood, a bit sour, a bit odd. Meh. Fizzy. Not good tbh.

Gushing to towering, dense greige head, leaving shards of lace over dark cola-coloured to virtually black beer. Spicy nose, sweetish, cinnamon, liquorice, as well as some unnamed Asian rootspice. Faint meaty esters. Rather dry, with wood, some stoutacidity and finally coffeeroast. Again liquorice, but no more cinnamon, not even retronasal. Non-sweet toffee. There's acidthinning, but the brew doesn't feel anywhere lean. Obviously overcarbonated. The gushing + the acidity might signal infection, but it might be overdosing as well. It's... amateuristic, but somehow I rather like it. Txs to Stef!

Almost exploding, but head just in check, and stable over garnet-shot, almost black beer. Sweet, syrupy, liquorice-laden nose. Sweet nuts and a hint of tobacco. Sweet coffee flavour. Again a tad nutty, but still quite sweet. Full bodied, good carbonation. Chewy, some alcohol but no -thinning. Decent. Thanks to Stef!

Small off-white head over (cold)hazed orange-golden beer. Whisky already in the nose; lightly toasted malts, wholemeal bread, crackers. Spicy, boozy, pale malts. Spiced bread. Alcoholheat. Good carbonation, quite slick and boozy. Not very uplifting. Txs to Stef!

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Röstiger, alkoholisch malziger Beginn. Herb-würzig, moderat röstig bleibend, Noten von Whiskey, wenig Schokolade. OK. 9/7/8/8/7/8

Schwacher, hell malziger Beginn, minimal hopfig. Herb, trocken, die Hopfigkeit steigt leicht an, langweilig. 8/6/7/6/6/6

A clear reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of strong dark malt, caramel, toffee, some whiskey. Taste of strong caramelized dark malt, chocolate, some berries and hints of whiskey.

Irregular, if dense & fine off-white head, rather stable over hazy golden to darker cognac-coloured beer. Islay malt whisky obvious. Salty, dúlamán maorach. Lots of smoke and smoked malts. Dry, phenolic, straw, smoke, smoked grapes (if that makes any sense), fruit on the barbecue. Salty, and warming up sweet and bitter almonds. Not that well-bodied for its potent ABV. Not really watery, but an impression stands. Slick, even a tad sticky. Special one. Txs to Stef!
