Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a white head. This beer is more bitter than hazy. Very limited juicy notes.

Draft sampler at the 2022 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a nice white head and great retention. Very bitter flavor for a pale ale. This tastes more like a typical IPA. Not a fan.

hmm, some good some bad. It's a pretty good stout as stouts go, the cocoa and roasty malt nose is quite nice. The flavor is semi-sweet at first, with a hint of bittersweet cocoa, but that gives way to a somewhat astringent roasted malt finish that blends with the bitterness to give it some hint of acrid. Semi-dry at finish. On the whole, going through the whole pint the beer seems balanced leaning to semi-dry.

On tap, pint in Orlandovery fitting setting for this bre. Golden orange pour with a soft cloudiness. Cream foam head. Aroma is a cool orange zest, amd fragrant hop. Crisp orange ge peel like bitterness, over a somewhat creamier body to follow. Refreshing in the heat. Flavorful hop profile. Soft tingling bitterness late. Above average brew for the local hotel pool snack shack.

16 oz can from Total Wine. Pours a crystal clear bronze color with a khaki head and good retention. Fair lacing. Caramel malt aroma. The flavor is caramel and bread with a surprisingly bitter finish. Much hoppier than a Marzen should be. Tastes more like a malty pale ale. Lightly crisp mouthfeel. Medium body. Disappointing. I've had draft versions in previous years and they weren't this bitter.

16 ounce can. Nearly opaque dark brown color. Frothy beige head dissipates to a small bubbly cap. Roasted malt aroma has a hint smokiness to it. Flavor is subtle, sweet roasted malt with a hint of cocoa. Medium bodied and quite flavorful. A well struck balance of malt, hops and oats. Wonderfully made.

16 oz. can from Total Wine - Melbourne. Pours a clear yellow color with a bright white head and good retention. Fair lacing. Slightly yeasty aroma. Bready flavor with a little citrus in the finish. Crisp mouthfeel. Medium-light body. A mix of pilsner, golden ale, and a Kolsch. Can't quite decide what it wants to be. Okay.

Draft sampler at the 2021 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Very cloudy gold color with a white head. Is this supposed to have some fruit taste? It doesn't. Just another bitter pale ale.
