Slightly unfiltered golden-yellow colour with a big frothy-bubbly head, good retention and some big patchy lacing. Rich malty nose with some grassy hops. Pilsner flavours with extra grainy cereal malts. The hop spiciness does a nice job to dry the richness. Some nice bitterness all-around. A nicely blended beer.

Bottle at Oakes' Manor
Brown colour. Earthy aroma, it smells infected. I don't know if it's infection, but the acidity blends well with the bready flavour; it's highly carbonated.
Good.

Pours a hazy, very light golden-yellow colour with a nice white frothy head, big bubbles popping away slowly and leaving creamy wave lacing. Wheat aromas of sweetness with lots of bananas and hints of bubblegum. The taste is not as sweet, so easier to drink. Kind of thin for mouthfeel, so a little wheat at first and a short finish. Banana, citrus, nothing too fancy, but well-brewed to the norm.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark reddish brown with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out tart red fruits, a little red wine, and some earthy notes. Flavour reveals red wine barrels, some tart red fruits, and earthy notes. Lush and vinous. Really good.

Medium brown, with a fairly thick head, but it does seem like it's a bit tart. On the nose, tart and vinous. On the palate, it is a bit tart, sourish, with a vinous accent. Touch of barrel. So there's some fruity depths, touch of chocolate, but it's not my type of beer, as a dark sour.
