Can from brewery. Pours a clean copper-ruby colour with a warm beige small head, quickly dissipating with minimal lace. Caramel and molasses aromas with roasted malts. Some dark fruits with something else, I cannot put my nose on. Maybe it is the hops used here, as they seem just a tad off in the taste as well. The rest is quite mild actually. Kind of like a light nut brown ale, so alcohol is well-hidden. Nothing too fancy.

Bottle listed at 7.2% ABV. Pours a slight hazed light golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent stay and dirty lacing. Funk aromas from the Brett take over with mild fresh grassy hops and light sweetness from the wheat. The Brett is present in the taste with earthiness, but again well-balanced with grassy hops and nice grainy malts. Quite refreshing overall with the wheat. Becomes hazier by every pour with particles. A nice blend of Brett, wheat and IPA styles.

Pours a clean golden colour with hardly any visible carbonation, a warm cap dying quick enough, but leaving some foamy lacing. Citrus aromas of hops with the grapefruits, oranges and mild piney notes. This dies down showing some grainy malts with light spiciness. These last ones shows in the taste with bitterness that builds in the finish. This creates a decent dryness. A little haziness shows up at last pour. Nice citrus in the flavours as well. In the end, a pretty nice American Pale Ale.

Pours a real dark brown colour, almost black, with a bubbly-milky mocha-coloured head, smaller, but gives a creamy thin lace and some top to the brew. Bitter 90% cacao aromas with some dark fruits undertones, molasses, nuttiness and vanilla. The taste shows the oak barrel flavours over the chocolate, roasted malts. The bourbon adds a little sweetness and dark fruitiness, but is mildly blended. Yes, just well-blended overall with nothing too sharp. Coffee is hard to find in there. Enjoyable.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt notes with some sweet black chocolate notes with some bourbon and vanilla notes with some subtle dry raisins notes also noticeable. Taste is a wonderful mix of light roasted malt notes offset by sweet black chocolate notes, some bourbon and vanilla notes with subtle woody notes. The Madeira barrels also provide some nice port like notes with some dry raisins notes. Body is full with nice creamy texture with good carbonation. This is an excellent beer and probably a notch above the regular version.

Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of sweet cereal notes with light floral notes is OK. Taste is a mix of sweet cereal notes with floral undertones is refreshing. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but limited amount of complexity with a tad too much residual sugar.
