First visit to the brewery tonight. Pours a cloudy light-golden colour with a foamy off-white head, average stay and not much lacing. Wheat aromas that give out bananas notes and hints of bubblegum. Other sweetness added by the Belgian Ale yeast. The taste starts off the same, but some bitterness kicks in the middle. Some light oranges, pepper notes. Not a bad little twist on a witbier.

Pours a clean golden colour with a small off-white head, not much retention and minimal lacing. Smells like a pils with the sweet malts balanced by saaz hops. The taste shows this sweetness with the hops taking control to not be syrupy, but refreshing and slightly dry. Nothing special but a good take on the style in North America.

A hazed golden weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity banana malt with light cloves, banana esters, resinous and piney hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light resinous floral hops, banana esters, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy orangey color ale with a huge white foamy head with excellent carbonation and some lacing. Aroma of big Brett notes with light floral hops notes also discernable. Taste is also dominated by loads of big funky Brett notes with light fruity ester and some light floral hops notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Interesting beer with Brett really dominating.

A golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light fruity esters, light floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice fruity malt with light grassy floral hops, light citrus pulp, very nice. On tap at brewery market Ottawa June 2017.

500ml bottle (thx, Eric D.!) shared with George. Ppurs a very dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma is coffee, some green pepper and chocolate notes. Taste is coffee, low to moderate sweet, some slight bourbon and boozy notes. Coffee and chocolate aftertaste. Nice one.

Can: Poured a light golden color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet malt notes with some subtle fruity ester. Taste is a mix of fruity ester with some sweet Belgian style malt notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Easy to drink with just enough character.

Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hops notes with some fruity undertones is quite nice. Taste is a good mix of hoppy floral notes with light fruity ester and some citrusy and bitter notes also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice floral hops notes with good level of drinkability.
