A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light treacle, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, sustained bitterness, nice. On tap at brewery.

A deep dark stout with a thin nitro brown head. In aroma, nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, nice and smooth. In mouth, a silky bitter chocolate with coffee grind, light vanilla, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

(tap) clear bright amber colour with a small beige head; aroma of strawberries, fruit compote; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish

Sampled at Brother’s Beer Bistro. Pours a golden colour with a nice creamy head that lasts forever. Nice creamy lacing. Hoppy nose with grassy notes, but blended by some yeast. Hints of tropical fruits. Nice bitter start with the fruits in the middle, then finishing on a bitter sharp note. Quite a nice IPA and good experience for my first from this new brewery. Was told they received this keg the night before. Wicked head for an IPA.
