Sampled at Brother’s Beer Bistro. Pours a golden colour with a nice creamy head that lasts forever. Nice creamy lacing. Hoppy nose with grassy notes, but blended by some yeast. Hints of tropical fruits. Nice bitter start with the fruits in the middle, then finishing on a bitter sharp note. Quite a nice IPA and good experience for my first from this new brewery. Was told they received this keg the night before. Wicked head for an IPA.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, piney, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, clover field, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of dark fruits, light candy sugar, plums, alcohol warmth, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads dark fruits, ripe banana, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.

In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy floral hops , light grapefruit notes, nice pale ale and first offering from this new Ottawa brewery. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
