I was pleasantly surprised with this witbier, original, sourness but it is ok, decently bitter, creamy, orange peel, coriander, aromatic, 11.05.18, at Prélaz.

Judging this beer yesterday, at home, Epalinges, cleaning the kitchen. Sharing this sweet amber with my wife. This one is classical, smooth, malty, rather sweet and fruity for the style, yeasty, regular hop, nice brewery, 03.05.22

In my opinion, it is a correct lager and what a lager should have to be malty, bready, hop and a bit watery, nice brown color, 18.04.17, at Porsel with Johana.

From the manora Freiburg during this spring. Opening this bottle yesterday for the birthday of my brother, at Epalinges. I could say a classical ipa, on the American way, generously malty, dry with a resinous, floral and aromatic hop, bitter and citrus, 20.11.21

opalescent orange colour, half inch of creamy ecru-ish white head; aroma of pear peel, canned apple, some peach, slight tropical fruity and biscuity notes; taste has similar notes as can be felt in the aroma with some hoppy bitterness; not bad, though quite far from being a good IPA
