Thanks to Erzengel! Pours a hazy brown along with a thick creme-colored head, noticeable carbonation. Aroma of nutty malt. Taste has lightly spiced malt, more nuttiness, walnut, lightly smokey. Palate has more nuts, grainy, some more smoke. Very good.

Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear chestnut brown colour with a thinnish off white head. Aromas of dark fruits, caramel, nuts and toasty brown bread. Taste has caramel, nuts, roasted malt, burnt toasty brown bread and burnt brown sugar. Medium body, average carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Not bad but not the best balanced between bitter and sweet. Like somebody else commented i prefer the unfiltered version.

Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a hazy yellow colour with a large throthy white head. Aromas of banana, apple, grains and hay. Taste has more grains and hay with some faint banana and cloves. Some peppery spice and a touch of grass on the finish. Thinnish body with fair carbonation. Very untypical for a Weissbier but still actually quite nice and refreshing.

Taste has more caramel, dark fruits and toasty brown bread with some nuts and a touch of brown sugar. Nice enough balance between sweet and toasty. Thin almost watery body, average carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. it’s not a bad beer but it could do with some more body. Edit: Had another bottle and it seemed to have more body and a thick creamy head. Very nicely balanced beer. Enjoying this one more so adding an extra point on the rating

Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a hazy dark yellow colour with a medium sized creamy white head. Aroma is sweet with grains, hay and doughy white bread. Taste is again sweet with more grains, hay and doughy bread with fruity hints of bananas, apples and pears. Maybe also a hint of candy. Sweet and smooth but also a touch of dusty bitterness on the finish. Medium body, low carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. Goes down very easy. Nice beer enjoying it.

Bottle, 500 ml shared with Miro and Max. Dark copper brown with white head. Malty, caramel, tad herbal, sweet. Bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

Dunkler, bitter röstiger Beginn und Mittelteil. Leicht schokoladig, das Röstaroma steigt an, süffig. Süffig, eher trockener Hintergrund, rund. Malzig und würzig bleibend, langer Nachhall. Einfach, harmonisch, gut. 9/9/10/9/8/9

Foamy beige head stayed on a chestnut coloured finely carbonated body. Malt, toffee & caramel aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a clean back. Toffee, fruity, grain & woody tastes with a bitter finish. Quaffer
