chiara velata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente il nso non è ampio ma si avverte una leggera nota mielosa un po di frumento in bocca corpo medio non molta la nota maltate leggere fruschezza acidula forse data dal frumento pinale piacevolmente amaro piuttosto frizzante

Draught @ Gasthouse - Hotel in Beckum, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, creamy to frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dusty, keller, salt water - north sea, caramel notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20081211]

bottle, pours dark amber with a medium off white head. Aroma is light with hop and carmel malt notes. Flavor is rich with a nice malt background that rounds out fairly bitter with a fresh hop flavor on the back of the tongue. This would be a good session beer.

Bottle from a box ordered from Beers of Europe, consumed 30-01-09 Pours clear chesnut colour with a white head. The nose is fruity and malty. Taste is quite simple, malt and fruit play there part again with the occasional streak of citrus and bitterness comes through. This is an enjoyable beer and the first Altbier I’ve rated. Swing top bottle@OPP (BB 03/2009). Rating #5300. Golden color, small white head. Cardboardish, grassy, hop extract aroma. Starts very sweet malty, then some papery-grassy hops. Standard German pils - a bit better than "supermarket lager", but not much.

Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, straw, toasted, light light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, and a dry dry finish.
