75cl bottle bought at Sobes, San Sebastian. pours hazy golden straw, no head. aroma of fermented apples, yeast, light citric nose with a musty/barnyard aroma. flavor, fizzy, medium carbonation, plenty of citric apple mouthfeel mixed with a touch of sweetness, yeasty palate, keeping an interesting musty palate. There is also a mild granulate sensation on the tongue along with a nice tart profile.

750ml bottle at the DC local tasting. Pours a hazy, clear yellow with a frothy white head. Aroma of apples, a little musty, light sweetness, light spice. Flavor is apples, vinous fruits, dusty, a little band aid. Sweet. Finish is medium bodied, light and refreshing.
