Cross Borders’ origins trace back to an illicit biscuit cartel run by our two founders in primary school. This brewery IS THE RESULT OF YEARS OF friendship, HARD WORK, EXPERIENCE, AND a refusal to grow up. Keg draught at Taproom by Brixton Village. Mid- to dark gold and slightly murky with a small tight off-white head. Light aroma with some dank fruits: papaya, melon and a little pink grapefruit. Taste is bittersweet with an intense savoury character. There a sweaty and almost meaty taste with some peppercorn as well as tropical and citrus fruit notes. Full body, soft carbonation. Very nice and certainly different from your average IPA.

Half cask pour at Cask & Barrel. Dark brown pour with a thick, off-white creamy head. Aroma is light roasty malts. Taste is more of the light roast, bitterness, dry. Cask makes for a creamy feel.

On cask at Monty. Appearance - cloudy amber. Creamy head. Nose - orange, melon and lime. Taste- peach with cleaning lime nite. Palate - light bodied, refreshing finish. Overall- good.

Third at Holyrood 9A. Pale yellow pour, thin coating of head. Light citrusy aroma, lemon. Taste is very light, clean, bready and a touch of lemon. Super easy to drink.

Cask pump clip showed Cross Boarders / Monty Session Pale: Poured a hazy yellow with a white fluffy head. Aroma is floral and hops. Taste is similar bitter hops, floralness, might be light fruit, grain. Very drinkable and fresh.
