Backlog April 2018. Almost clear, blood red body without any head. Strong aroma of cherry, red berries in general and honey. Taste has sweet honey, fruit syrup, cherry, strawberry, black currants, mild acidity and warming alcohol. Full bodied and long lasting aftertaste.

Sample kindly provided by gunnfryd. Looks amazing, clear, deep, blood-red body with a small beige rim on the top. The honey part of the aroma is elegantly subdued, almost a bit hidden behind the juice of dark berries. Same goes for the taste, the honey is present almost just like the sweetening part of the juice from dark berries – the kind of berries that associated with berries from the forest (blackberry, field strawberries, cloudberry, blueberry etc.) Some acidity from the berries as well. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. Fun to sample, but ends up a bit sweet in the end, still nice.

Pours clear amber with no head. Aroma has notes of coffee, honey and toffee. Taste is medium sweet with a long honey, caramel and coffee finish. Body is full, texture is oily, no carbonation

Tap at Valhalla Prague. Red-amber body. Honeyish, sweetish aroma, light raspberry jam touch. Dryish taste, fermented honey, a touch of rubber, light light raspberry jam, ending a bit dry, tobacco, sweetish. Solid.

Vi er på oppløpssiden, og etter trekkspillerens rating nr. 1000 er vi nå kommet til denne mjøden: raffinert aroma med pors , lynghonning, og en antydning av einer. Smaken er enda bedre, saftig og farlig lettdrikkelig - dette er en superlekker mjød, og uten den overveldende sødmen man ofte kjenner i slike. Krystallklar, gylden farge.
