Bottle. Way too foamy. Poured clear gold with enormous white head. Aroma is honey and butter. Flavour is light lager with a little honey, slight finish. This is a disappointment.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with no head. The aroma has notes of wood, brettanomyces, caramel, malt, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of berries, brettanomyses, and peaches, as well as lighter notes of malt and caramel, leading to a lightly tart finish.

500ml flip top courtesy of BuckeyBoy. Scary loud pop top, and extremely foamy pour. honey is in the aroma, but something musty and dusty as well. Flavor is nice for a style that I find usually very plain. Soft wheaty and very light. Not as dry as others Ive had. Nice twist on the kolsch style.

Bottle Flip top Pours out a light straw topped with a ten foot tall white head. Aroma sweetness and some citrus. Tast more citrus maybe a little orange. Not much honey at least to me.
