Keg at Kabatett, Reykjavík. Clear colourless, no head. Miöd herbal honey aroma. Sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Herbal, spicy notes. A bit of sugar. Rather thin.

Flaske fra vinbuðin, Heidrun. Klar gylden farve med et lille hvidt skum. Dufter meget af hyldeblomst. Smager rigtig meget af hyldeblomst og lidt malt.

Golden-amber. Strange aroma - cacao nibs I guess. On the palate it’s got a hint of acidity, spice, candied orange peel, still quite sweet all the way through. Kind of a nutmeggy sort of character. So it tastes like mead with a bunch of stuff in it but to me it’s different than the stuff they actually put in it.

Has a very pale gold colour. Smells like honey. Quite sweet, rich honey, light alcohol. Sticky.
