Burk som avnjutes en trist onsdag. Svag lite honungsdoft snabbt klunkar jag( törstig) fin balans på smaken. Mycket fruktsmak alltså torkade rackare. Liten fin beska i eftersmaken. Gillar den!

Bottle 33 cl. Vintage 2025, 5,2%. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a lacing, beige head. An aroma of caramel paired with roastiness. Medium-bodied, even more roasty in the flavor with a rather bitter finish. Too roasty for a Dunkel. 280126

Canned, from Systembolaget. Clear amber mid sized head. Leafy nose with hay and moss. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and leafy with notes of marshland herbs, Long bitter finish.

Hazy yellow colour, small steady white head and some lace. Grainy, dry aroma, maybe hints of birch leaves/sap? Light-bodied. Grainy, malty, low bitterness. No trace of birch sap (as usual). Tolerable. AIH205.
