Lite disigt orangeaktig bärnstensfärg. Hyfsat skum. Doft av honung och syrliga bär. Även smaken är honung och syrliga bär. Det dyker upp lite alkohol på slutet. Skall den verkligen klassificeras som Barley Wine?

Bottle 33 cl. Clear amber with a lacing, off-white head. Dusty aroma with very little of everything. Medium body, dry caramel and biscuit notes with some finishing bitterness. Clean enough, just bland. 051223

Bottled@Nolia Beer, Umeå 2022. Hazy pale golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is grass, some floral, mild herbal and toffeeish tones. Flavour is grass, floral, some herbal and mild wooden tones with some earthy and grainy tones.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some caramel and mild pine. Flavour is caramel, some sweet malts, mild spruce, pine and some floral tones. Somewhat bitter finish.

Bottle@Nolia Beer, Umeå. Hazy ambery golden colour with a small offä-white head. Aroma is floral, some mild rye with a bit spruce and caramel too. Flavour is spruce, some resin, mild earthy tones with some sweet malts and mild caramel.

Mörkt bärnstensfärgad vätska med storbubblig och fluffig skumtopp. Karamellig, blommig arom med inslag av torkade röda bär. Låg maltighet möter en beskedlig beska. Smaker av röda bär och lite karamell.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Fruity nose with some melon. Sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with syrup and grass. Fairly low bitterness.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Hemavan. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a white head. Fairly fruity aroma with mild citrusy notes and hints of pale malt. Moderate sweet with rather low flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Close to fizzy, but still drinkable.
